Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. top sirloin cut into strips

  • 6 tbs. butter

  • 2 onions

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 3 tbs. butter

  • 3 tbs. flour

  • 3 cups sour cream

  • 4 1/2 tsp milk

  • 6 beef bouillon cubes

  • 1 ½ tsp salt

  • Paprika for color

Instructions

  1. Heat 6T butter in skillet, sauté onion & garlic.  Add meat + salt, sear, cover and cook for 30 minutes, turning occasionally

  2. Melt 3T butter in skillet, blend in flour, add other ingredients with enough paprika for color, cook until smooth, stirring occasionally

  3. Serve over Extra Wide Egg Noodles
