Cheese Frosted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard

  • 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook cauliflower, leaving whole. drain well.

  2. Place it in a shallow pan and frost with mayonnaise mixed with mustard. 

  3. Sprinkle on cheese. 

  4. Bake at 350° until cheese melts, about 10 minutes.
