Ingredients
Cake
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 eggs (1 at a time)
Icing
1 box confectioners sugar
5 tablespoons oleo
5 tablespoons water
5 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
Cook in large Pyrex rectangle dish
Bake in 300° cold oven for 15 minutes, then raised to 350° for 35 minutes.
