Fudge Cake

Ingredients

Cake

  • 1 cup butter 

  • 2 cups sugar 

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1/2 cup cocoa 

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla 

  • 4 eggs (1 at a time)

Icing

  • 1 box confectioners sugar 

  • 5 tablespoons oleo 

  • 5 tablespoons water 

  • 5 tablespoons cocoa 

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Cook in large Pyrex rectangle dish

  2. Bake in 300° cold oven for 15 minutes, then raised to 350° for 35 minutes. 

  3. Prepare icing
