German Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs

  • 1 pound of sugar

  • 1 pound of flour

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • Rum to taste

  • 1 pound margarine (softened)

Instructions

  1. Blend the eggs and sugar.

  2. Then add the flour and baking powder.

  3. Pour melted margarine over the dough.

  4. Add run and stir everything together well.

  5. Bake in a small bund form or bread loaf form at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
