Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 jar or can of artichoke hearts (not marinated)

  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan

  • Sprinkling of garlic powder

  • Garlic Butter Croutons

  • French fried onions in a can

Instructions

  1. Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, and parmesan. 

  2. Fold in cut up artichoke hearts. 

  3. Put in sprayed baking dish. 

  4. Crush up croutons and onions. Put on top of dip with a little melted butter. 

  5. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. 

Broil at the end if necessary for a little brown on top.

This is a popular recipe and my touch is the topping.
