Marinated Carrots

Ingredients

  • 5 cup sliced carrots, cooked

  • 1 med. onion-white-slice in rings

  • 1 small green pepper- slice in rings

  • 1 can tomato soup

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 3/4 cup vinegar

  • 1 tsp mustard

  • 1 tsp worcestershire

  • 1 tsp salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix together and pour over vegetables. Marinate 12 hours. Serve cold.
