Marshmallow Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
3 medium sweet potatoes of yams
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 bag marshmallow
Instructions
Cook fresh sweet potatoes, covered, in enough boiling water to cover for 25-35 minutes. Drain, cool slightly. Peel potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices.
Layer half the potatoes, spread half the brown sugar and butter. Repeat layers.
Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes, spooning butter mixture over potatoes once or twice.
Cover with marshmallow and bake for 5 more minutes.
