Poppyseed Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cups Ritz cracker crumbs
3 whole chicken breasts
3 ounces sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup chicken broth
Salt and pepper
Poppyseeds
Instructions
Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs and place half of mixture in an 8 x 8 baking dish.
Cook chicken and cut into bite-size pieces.
Place chicken on crackers in dish.
Mix together sour cream, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and salt and pepper. Pour over chicken.
Top with remaining crumb mixture and sprinkle with poppyseeds.
Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
Serve with rice.
