Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix

  • 4 eggs

  • ¾ cup oil

  • ½ cup sugar

  • 1 cup apricot nectar

  • Vanilla if desired

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well with an electric mixer. Put in a bundt pan (spray with pam).

  2. Bake at 350°  for  45-60 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool.

  3. Glaze with a mixture of powdered sugar, butter, and orange or lemon juice.

Notes:

This is the best recipe ever for pound cake. It is very moist and originally came from Doris Stewart.
