Real Texas Chili

Ingredients
3 pounds stew, beef
Garlic
4 to 6 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
3 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon or oregano
2 cans of beef broth
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Sour cream
Instructions
Stir meat in pot till it changes color.
Add garlic.
Mix chili powder, cumin, and flour and sprinkle over meat
Add 1 1/2 cups broth - salt and pepper
Simmer about 1.5 hours
Add remaining broth and simmer till meat falls apart
Then add one canned chili beans or kidney beans
Serve each with a glob of sour cream on top
